At Wodehouse Stud we offer tailored training packages for riders and horses.
Our Moto: “Realising potential in horses and riders”
To realise potential is to make something real that already exists in possibility, and that is what we try to do on a daily basis here at Wodehouse Stud.
We recognise the challenges that riders face, both technically but also mentally, and are here to support out students every step of the way and provide tools to help them navigate the path to success. Nurturing talent to help turn dreams into reality, and offering support and guidance every step of the way.

“Louise has helped me so much as a rider, with focus on my position & balance. We do various exercises with no stirrups and even one handed-riding!My training sessions with Louise have been based upon using different techniques & exercises to improve mine & Betsy’s performances in the ring. We have focused a lot on the flatwork, working on maintaining a good quality, balanced rhythm & making sure Betsy is evenly supple on both reins. We have done pole exercises that have included shortening & lengthening the canter to develop a better ride ability, grid-work complexes to focus on a good technique, as well as some jump-off turns & tricky lines for experience.
Working with Louise has really brought out the best in Betsy & myself and she has given me the confidence to really perform in the show ring! I would highly recommend Wodehouse Stud and Louise’s coaching.” – Sharnah Lee
