We thank Chester for everything he has done for us, being Atiya’s mount for the 2018 European Championships, he truly has been a star in our stable and will be deeply missed. Thank you, Chezzy!
We are delighted to announce that Louise has recently been awarded with a Level 2 certificate in Equestrian Coaching (showjumping). She is available for coaching to share her wealth of knowledge and experience with you all!
Nym has been a delight to have at Wodehouse Stud and for India and Atiya to produce over the past few years, and we are all very pleased to have found her a wonderful new home in Ireland. We very much look forwards to seeing her partnership grow with her new jockey… Good luck Nym!
We took five horses to Wales to compete at Chepstow International with Atiya.
Keelnacally Quilletto Robuck dominated the pony classes with a 3rd, two 2nds and a win – including 2nd in the 148 Grand Prix… It was a lovely note to finish our time together with!
Florida VDL also impressed jumping the CSI** Big Tour (1m40) classes with small mistakes keeping the pair out of the results.
6yos Dandy Ste Hermelle, owned by Ross Walker, and Calisto de Laubry Z, owned by Sue Crawford, stepped up to jump the age classes and flew around the 1m30 Grand Prix, their biggest track to date, with ease!
It was also Chesterfield Z’s first show back after a small holiday and he impressed as always with a clear in every class jumped!
This super little mare Billy Cottesmore, known at Tottie to her friends, has been a pleasure to have here at Wodehouse for the past couple of months. We are delighted to have found her the perfect new home & look forward to seeing her do fantastic things with her new rider! Good luck Tottie! Thanks to The Billy Stud for their trust and collaboration!
Having produced the lovely 6-year-old mare Billy Seamair here at Wodehouse Stud over the past couple of months, we are delighted that she has found a lovely new home in America & wish her all the best for the future! Good luck Cici! We again thank The Billy Stud for their trust in us!
India was delighted to have been selected to go to the First Nations Cup show of the season with, our own and The Billy Stud’s, Billy Colman of whom she has produced from a 5-year-old. India was competing at the show as an individual with Team GB’s Youth Squad, putting in some solid performances on a young horse including placing 4th on the last day around the Nations Cup track individually, which was the perfect end to a good week.
Billy Anna has now been sold. She has been a pleasure to have on behalf of the Billy Stud for the past few months being a prolific winner at the shows! We wish her the best of luck in her new home and look forward to seeing her around on the circuit! We thank The Billy Stud for their trust with this lovely mare.
We are very sad to see this lovely homebred mare, ‘Betsy’ leave for her new home. Betsy has been a pleasure to produce and have on the yard, her sire being our resident stallion Vrielink Vans Gravenstafel and with Silvio on the mothers side she is a fantastic jumper who is naturally very careful. We wish her the best of luck with her new owners and know she will bring them as much happiness and good memories as she did us! Good luck Betsy.
