We are so proud to see Wodehouse Reference ‘Elstar STM Z’ already doing great things together with his new rider Camilla Siekman at their first show together with already lots of clear rounds and placings in Oliva Nova MET I! Looking forward to following them competing at the Sunshine Tour in the coming weeks!
Emotional week as we waved goodbye to a firm favourite in the Wodehouse family. Wishing the best of luck to Elvis in his new home!
A very sad goodbye after 4 years under the saddle of @atiya.bussey He will be greatly missed, but we are excited to watch him go on to do great things with his new rider! Watch this space…
We have lost count of the amount of victories and top placings that Summer & Colman have accumulated over the past year. A true match made in heaven! They topped off a fantastic week at Hickstead with a top 10 placing in the Douglas Bunn Challenge taking on some of the iconic derby fences with ease. Congratulations to everyone involved in this success story!
Bittersweet day for us as we announce the sale of Florida VDL.
Rosso has been a huge part of our stable for the past 5 years. He came to us as a gangly 7-year-old jumping 90cm, but by the end of that first year he was jumping already 1m40 classes with ease. Since then he has taken both India & Atiya around their first 2* Grand Prixs, won Puissances at some of the biggest shows and got India selected for her first Young Riders Nations Cup team.
His big personality will be greatly missed on the yard, but we are really looking forward to seeing him campaigning across the pond with his new rider and wish them the very best of luck!
Another successful Sales livery, as Jaguar Belle is sold to her new owners in the UK. Belle is a lovely little horse who we have had the pleasure of producing over the past few months for her owners.
We look forward to following her progress in her new home!
We are delighted to have found the perfect home for Goldenboy, aka Hank, with our very own Cassey Wright. We are excited to see them progress together and campaign in the sport!
Rosso has been a part of our stable since he was a green 7-year-old. This is when he properly started his jumping career, which worked in favour with him therefore having plenty of time to develop and grow into himself being a big horse. From there he flourished and stepped up to 1m40 classes with ease by the end of his 7-year-old year.
Now established at 1m45 level, Rosso is a great horse to step up the levels on. He took both of my daughters up to jumping their first CSI** World Ranking Grand Prixs, giving them valuable experience and confidence at this level. He is very straight forward and will take a miss even at this level.
This year Rosso was selected onto the Young Rider Nations Cup team for Team GB in Wierden with my eldest daughter, India. He also won the Puissance class at The Royal Windsor Horse Show CSI5* with Joe Stockdale and placed 4th at HOYS. He has jumped a huge 2m15 in this class showing his undoubtable scope and great brain!
While we know that Rosso would do a fantastic job taking his next rider up to the next level, we would be equally excited to see where this horse could go in another professional stable, having found all of the questions we have asked him thus far quite easy with his ability!
We are always delighted to see Wodehouse Stud graduates out there doing well and making their new riders as happy as they made us!
We were so happy to see Kym Moore and Wodehouse Stud reference Keelnacally Quiletto Robuck take top spot in their Championship at the Scottish Home Pony International a few weeks ago. We always had a great feeling with this power-house of a pony and are delighted that she continues to impress with her new Irish rider!
Also, at the British Showjumping National Championships, we were delighted to see Charlie Court and Wodehouse Stud reference Calisto de Laubry Z also join the winners circle! This horse we produced from the very start of his career, and we are delighted he has found his perfect match with young rider, Charlie!
