Sue’s Profile

Sue joined our team here at Wodehouse Stud full time in April 2018 to help with the management of the Stud as we were expanding. She spends most of her time with the office work, coordinating staff and managing the livery yard, as well as leasing with our sponsors and organising entries and logistics for shows.

As Louise’s sister, she has also spent most of her life working with horses and has a great depth of knowledge in the industry, herself also eventing to advanced level.

Wodehouse Ipsa

2019 filly

by Billy Cromwell

In the early hours of the 9th July we welcomed a gorgeous filly, Wodehouse Ipsa, into the world.

Ipsa is our last youngster from our fantastic late broodmare, Queen Mac.  Queenie is half sister to the exceptional pony King Mac, who had countless wins both nationally and internationally at the highest level, as well as representing our country at the European Championships in 2014. She herself was a fantastic and exuberant jumper, however her own career was unfortunately cut short.

She is by the exciting young stallion from The Billy Stud, Billy Cromwell, who is full brother to Billy Tudor who also features in our breeding programme.
